As fundraising becomes more and more competitive, fundraisers are realizing that they must know more about their databases in order to compete. We hear the same questions all the time: How has our program been doing? Are we growing, shrinking or just marking time? Which of our donors are the most valuable? Where should we be concentrating our energies in order to get the most out of our program?
