With thirty years of experience as a fundraising professional and small business owner, Mary Attfield has participated in every aspect of the business.

As co-founder of STL, Mary has worked with many of her favourite clients and on the management team. Currently she enjoys helping in accounting, assisting in special projects, participating on the new business team and promoting sales and marketing.

Mary's key fund raising interest is direct response strategy. She believes in exceeding client expectations. Her sights are always set on raising the most money at the lowest cost: "The real measure of a fundraising program is the amount of net money available for the organization's work."

With her husband, Steve Thomas, she's participated in fundraising conferences in Thailand, South Africa, England, New Zealand, and Australia and throughout the States and Canada.
