STTV’s Connolly Aziz was able to get a few minutes with Dan Pallotta during Day 2 of the 2010 AFP Congress. Dan had just given the plenary talk to just over 1,000 fundraising professionals, many of whom left as Pallotta converts.

Dan Pallotta is an expert in nonprofit sector innovation and a pioneering social entrepreneur. He is the founder of Pallotta TeamWorks, which invented the multiday AIDSRides and Breast Cancer 3-Days. He is President of Springboard and the author of Uncharitable: How Restraints on Nonprofits Undermine Their Potential. He is also a guest-blogger at the Harvard Business Review, where he blogs primarily about the nonprofit sector.
