Discovery
The ST discovery process uncovers inalienable truths about your organization from key stakeholders. We call this the “ST Brand Essence Process” and its findings help position everything we do so that a brand can be built and communicated consistently across all channels.
Briefing
The ST briefing process communicates insights and strategy falling out of the discovery process. It also conveys the key communication objectives, profiles of the target audience, budgets, timelines, and tactics. This is where the whole plan is communicated to the Creative Team so that they can produce an overall campaign that meets your objectives. This briefing document is the benchmark by which the creative and the overall campaign will be evaluated by you, the client.
Campaign Development
The ST campaign development process is where the magic happens. Having received the client-approved brief, the team develops three creative concepts that convey the key communication objective as set out in the brief, along with the development of a communication plan and a media strategy. This is when the campaign’s central idea is brought to life. Regardless of the idea selected, the concept will work across all recommended media. The three concepts (ideas articulated through headlines and images) will be presented to you at a face-to-face meeting where the rationale and strategy (against the approved brief) will be provided.
Approvals
The ST approvals process allows for both internal and client review, feedback, quality control and revisions with signatures required at every stage. After presentation and selection of the approved concept, the ST Team will then flesh out the creative campaign with full copy and layout. Once completed against a pre-determined and approved schedule all creative will be presented internally to the account team and then externally to you for feedback. Revisions will then be quickly incorporated and final art produced.
