The Job
The Account Director is accountable for:

  1. excellent delivery of client programs and services
  2. leadership of account teams and contribution to a positive, productive team environment
  3. strategic development of selected new business opportunities

Qualifications

  • You have 5+ years of Senior not-for-profit experience with a focus on direct marketing
  • Experience with diverse fundraising channels is a definite asset
  • Proven strategic ability
  • Dynamic leadership style that has led teams to deliver complex projects on budget and on time, every time
  • Commitment to excellence in relationships, both with clients and staff
  • Assertiveness with the ability to express yourself articulately in presentations or in print
  • Experience with financial planning and budgets
  • Sales and marketing ability
  • Advanced project management skills
  • Strong negotiation skills to influence desired outcomes
