We are currently looking for a Digital Account Coordinator to join our team. You will be a highly motivated individual who has a keen interest in the non-profit sector and a passion for all things related to digital marketing with technical savvy to back it up. You will be responsible for executing digital marketing initiatives and campaigns providing unsurpassed service to our clients in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.
Core responsibilities:
- Under the direction of the Digital Account Manager, provide project coordination for a variety of small and large digital campaigns
- As part of the digital account team, coordinate execution, client approvals, and day-to-day communications with internal teams (digital, creative, other account teams, accounting, etc) and with clients
- Prepare key documents for each project such as critical paths, status reports, client contact reports, etc.
- Maintain electronic files for client projects
- Co-ordinate technical consultants, including web designers, writers and web developers, providing technical and tactical support to ensure implementation is consistent with the specifications and expectations of project plans and business requirements documents
- Execute quality assurance and testing of online components including microsites & websites, emails, custom Facebook tabs & apps, etc. and report back to project lead
- Co-ordinate digital quoting and invoicing process
- Assist in the preparation of results reports for clients
Education & Experience:
- University or college degree
- 1 to 2 years marketing and/or project management work experience
Competencies – Must Haves:
- Strong project management skills

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Can work independently and in a team environment

The Marketing Account Manager has primary responsibility for the growth and development of client direct marketing fundraising programs. Along with program planning, results analysis and project management, responsibilities include, but are not limited to, creating and managing direct mail, online marketing and telemarketing programs.
Core responsibilities:
- Execute assigned project management tasks
- Manage integrated direct response fundraising programs from conception to execution
- Supervise and work closely with staff teams to effectively execute client fundraising programs
- Participate in the development of client programs including budgets and timelines
